Accountant:

1. Prepare, Examine Accounting Records, Financial Reports. Compute Payroll Taxes and Prepare ITR of Stockholders.

2. Develop, Implement Record Keeping and Accounting Systems; Allocation of Contract among Sub-Consultants.

3. Establish table of accounts, prepare financial and profitability analysis of a project.

4. Develop, Analyze budget and prepare periodic reports. Advise Principal re-cost control and overruns of a project.

5. Manage accounts receivables and accounts payable, Tax settlement with Federal, State and City Government Agencies.

We have formulated an architectural team of well qualified key/project personnel all of whom have in the past worked together on similar projects.
We are a well "oiled" team.

We as a team have acquired vast knowledge of analyzing, programming, designing and successfully completing a number of new and expansions to existing airline buildings and tenant areas; including programming and development of relocation and swing-space packages. We are extremely knowledgeable of all department of building codes, port authority of ny & nj regulations, health department, fire department requirements and real estates requirements and procedures.

We will produce detailed and accurate design and construction documents, void of extras.

We will provide accurate cost estimates and value engineer all aspects of the design and construction document stage, thus ensuring a complete cost effective and accurate bid package.

We at RCGA Architects, have developed over the years, vast architectural and engineering experience on a number of corporate interior space planning and relocation programming airport terminal development and tenant retail concessions, to hotel and commercial office buildings. Our experience and dedication to quality in service has lead us to developing excellent knowledge of the procedures and processes needed to successfully execute all projects. We strive to ensure excellence in the development of our Architectural/Interior Design, Construction Documents and Project Management.

We are a certified Minority Business Enterprise and are at present competing a number of local, state and federal and private organizations throughout the region, eastern states and the Caribbean. Our family of twenty (20) technical and administrative personnel, are equipped with the latest computerized MicrostationV8 and AutoCAD 2004 design, production, rendering, value engineering and project management programs.

We have most recently completed the design of the new American Airlines American Eagle Operations and Fleet Offices at the new American Airlines Terminal Building, JFK International Airport and are at present preparing Programming and Design Development Packages for the New St. Vincent International Airport, St. Vincent, West Indies and are about to commence on the Design Development Package for the new Jet Blue Corporate Center, located at Jamaica, New York.

It should also be noted that we are at present completing the contract drawings for twelve (12) new Tenant Retail Stores in Terminal 4, JFK International Airport.
